Abuz de poziție - ZERO Toleranță
România nu pedepsește abuzul de putere/sexual comis de terapeut asupra pacientului. Acesta se ascunde sub lozinca ”consimțământului” și a absenței agresiunii fizice. Parchetul și Poliția trebuie să jongleze cu articolele de Cod Penal pentru a putea incrimina fapte grave de abuz petrecute în spatele ușilor închise, în cabinetele de terapie sau în spații private.
